Source reduction 

• Reclosable zippers added to packaging allow customers to keep product fresh in the original packaging, eliminating the need to transfer contents to an alternative package or container

• Pouches made with reclosable zippers can result in less packaging, improving product-to-package ratio

Biodegradable/compostible

We are continually testing the latest in biodegradable polymers and additives. We have seen "fresh" results from an exciting new additive that appears to render traditional plastics for zippers biodegradable under certain circumstances.
